About
I’m a History + Computer Science student at UT Austin, in the university’s X+CS integrated degree program, and I like building systems real people actually use. Right now I’m the sole engineer on Dune, an AI pipeline for a Permian Basin mineral acquisition firm. It reads every lease filing in a county’s monthly batch, drafts the offer letters, and holds anything ambiguous for a person to check. It runs on its own every month, and I own it end to end, from messy county records to the review tool the business works in.
The integrated degree is less of a detour than it sounds. History+CS is built around computational analysis of unstructured historical records, which is structurally the same problem as turning inconsistent county mineral filings into something you can act on. I’m drawn to the seam where careful engineering meets real commercial decisions, and that’s the kind of work I want more of. On the side I build things like Orbit, a space game, and I’m in the Claude Builder Club.
